    [edit] the BusinessEntityType is no longer required So that everyone is aware, there have been a new addition to the controls toolbox, that is GridViewSearchPanel control, which an extension to the GridView, that is bind to the TypedDataSource controls. To add it to your page simply declare it as following...

  • Problem with data sources-Unable to load NetTiersServiceSection

    I get an error in VS design view for all of the screens that use any of the DataSourceControl objects, including the Admin screens that are automatically generated. The error displayed is "Error Creating Control Unable to load NetTiersServiceSection" I have tried this with multiple databases...

    generation setting contain the admin website by default ,If there is compile errors ,please check your nettiers template generation setting is contain other feather than your VS evironment not supported , or check the enLib references added to your website correctly.

    I've been trying to implement a readonly modus on the admin website but without succes I have to add. The general idea is to present a readonly interface if the user has not logged on. It seems that the MultiBindableTemplate used in the MultiFormView does noy honor the FormViewMode .ReadOnly DefaultMode...

  • The generated admin pages do not pass ids.

    I have generated a project in Nettiers and the auto generated admin section has taken me 95% there! My problem is that if I have a parent entity with a list of child entities in a gridview, I can't see how to pass the id from parent to child so that I can auto populate the appropriate drop down....

    Hello All, Did anybody figure it out what prevents Admin UC fire events and how to work around? I have this problem using last version of NetTiers. Please advice, it's a really blocker for me.
