F5 Generation in Visual Studio (v6 only)

Set up your keyboard shortcuts as follows.  This way F5 works as you expect in both CodeSmith and Visual Studio  :)

1. Type View.Generate to find the command
2. Be sure to select the Generator Editor  
3. Press the key combo you want
4. Click assign
5. As you can see You can add more than one shortcut per command . I have a mouse that I use the zoom click to pass a Ctl-Shift+B
