Hello,
I would take a look at the stored procedures sample template to take a look at how you could set up the CRUD operations inside of your class. From here to create the rest of your template which contains the namespace and class definitions is a piece of cake. My recommendation is just take a look at the user guide or other sample templates for a little bit before writing your template, so you can get an idea on the best practices and general information for creating templates etc..
