Visual Studio Integration Broken

Our organisation's administrators pushes a script at me every so often which breaks the integration. I'm presuming the script clobbers some registry settings.

After their script runs, I no longer see the CodeSmith splash as Vis Studio loads. I do not see the codesmith project menus either (ie. no Manage Outputs/ Generate Outputs).

I would like to inform them of which hives or whatever they should not touch with their script. So I'd like to know precisely what registry settings (or files?) CodeSmith creates for the Vis Studio integration.

 We only touch a couple of places in the registry:

HKCU\Software\CodeSmith
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Visual Studio

Can you send some screenshots of the error after it happens?  I might be able to help track down the problem.
