    Use TableName to create Entity object, Service object, and TList for that table

    If I have an EntityName (tablename) as a string:
     
    1) The EnitityFactory will seemingly create the Entity object at run time given the entity name.
     
    2) But creating the Service Object is not clear. How does one get an Entities Service object at run time?
     
    3) Can you create a TList object at runtime if you have the Entity Type? (I haven't been able to do it)
