I dont understand why there is only a single config (.csp) file for the .netTiers templates. There should be two in my opinion: a general one and a local one. Project settings should be in the general one, since they are global to all users working on theproject. However settings like the connection string and the output directory should be in the local one, since these are very often specific to each user.
