How do I include an attachment with a post?

I have written a document explaining how the winform edit controls can be used. However, every time i try to upload it, I get an "OOPs there was an error" message. I think it might be useful to people. Any ideas as to how I can make it available.

I think theres a problem with the forum software - I know Robert H is working on it and hopefully there will be a resolution soon.
