I have just installed the newest version of CodeSmith 5.0.3.5757, however once I opened either VS2005 or VS2008, when I tried to do 'Run Custom Tool' it says that it cannot the custom tool.
There is not a CodeSmith custom tool in 5.0. You can upgrade your .xml custom tool files to .csp files and they will work identical and be a lot easier to manager and have all the new features of CodeSmith projects. You upgrade your .xml custom tool file by running "cs customtool.xml /u:newproject.csp"
