New Wiki Page: Tempate Regeneration

I've written a new page for the wiki about Template Regeneration.  It's supposed to be a general purpose informative document about topics relevant to regenerating .netTiers.  The content is based largely on information collected from various forum posts as well as my own experiences. 

Please let me know if you find any issues with the document.  Of coures if you're inclined you can just update the Wiki. 

Currently there are no links to the page, I'm not immediately sure of the appropriate place(s) to link from.
