Patch: membership wrapper for generated user table

I made a patch for this: http://community.codesmithtools.com/forums/p/4056/30454.aspx .

I'm not really sure how well received this will be as it adds like 5 files, a whole new project, and a couple new generation options. No automated tests for it yet, sorry. Those will come, I hope. Maybe someone else would be so kind to do that?

Hope this attachment thing works. The file is a .txt, but it is a diff file. Your forum wont let me post diff files. :(

I usually zip my diff files.  Zip files are supported here.
