    Visual Studio integration

     I had visual studio 2003 and 2005 installed when I installed CodeSmith 4.1.   As expected code smith menu items appeared in visual studio 2005.  Since then I have installed Visual Studio 2008.  CodeSmith menu items did not show up in Visual Studio 2008.  I half thought they would.  No matter, I went back to the MSI and choose the repair option.  The repair option did not add the menu items into Visual Studio 2008.   Is there a way to CodeSmith show up in both Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008?

    Hello Allen,

    I would uninstall and reinstall CodeSmith instead of running a repair. If you have any problems seeing CodeSmith menu's in vs2005 and vs2008 after reinstalling, feel free to contact me.
