Create a orderby builder

Tried patch on 709 (got from trunk) but build fails.

709 compiles fine without the patch! 

Odd.. I just got 709 and it worked for me! (I swear!)

Just in case something got funked up, here's another patch, but for 709....

Mightly strange...

Can open NetTiers.cst (709) up no problems, when I apply patch and open up NetTiers.cs I get the following error...

E:\websites\NetTiersTest\NetTiersv709\DataAccessLayer\Bases\EntityProviderBaseCoreClass.generated.cst(1,0): error CODESMITH0007: CodeTemplate directive can not appear after content.

I have opened the file and have found a ? before <%@ CodeTemplate Language="C#"

I removed the ? and now the template compiles fine, I will have a look late today to test the new functionality

Maybe its my version of subversion, it does appear slightly out of date  1.4.5  -- 26/08/2007!

I already found a bug and fixed it.... (SqlSortColumnCollection needed to be instantiated)

I'm sure this is great functionality.  Unfortunately, revision 710 introduced a problem into the templates that has broken compatibility with version 3.2 of CodeSmith (I realize it's an older version of CodeSmith but my company won't shell out $ for the latest yet).  With this revision of NetTiers, the Properties window does not appear so it is impossible to configure the tables, views and other properties prior to code generation.  When I revert back to revision 709, the Properties window works perfectly fine.  Anyone else having trouble with revision 710?
