How about to add operators: NotLike, NotContains, NotRange

I made a patch for NotLike.
It is located here:

I may just go ahead when I have some time and add NotContains and NotRange.

I certainly think they would be useful. Anyone else care to chime in?

I'm outside ur box, shiftin' ur paradigm.
