    BusinessListBase, ReadOnlyListBase

    The C# 1.1 CSLA Contrib templates reference BusinessListBase and ReadOnlyListBase base classes within the CSLA framework.  I am using 1.53 CSLA framework.  I don't see any BusinessListBase or ReadOnlyListBase classes.  Am I missing something?  Where are these classes?
