I understand that finding things in forums can sometimes be overwhelming, but 8 messages below this one, there is a message titled "CSLA 2.0 Templates for C#" with a link in the first message (in red) to the location of the CSLA templates.

That link also contains the VB templates, if that was what you were looking at.
