Strong typed dataset schema (xsd)

Guys, I am having problem when I compile the template. I am using CodeSmith V.3.2.7 R955 under Windows Vista Home Premium and am getting the following erroes:

c:\Program Files\CodeSmith\v3.2\SampleTemplates\typed datasets\Generate XSD.cst(288,1): error CS1519: Invalid token '<' in class, struct, or interface member declaration
c:\Program Files\CodeSmith\v3.2\SampleTemplates\typed datasets\Generate XSD.cst(288,9): error CS1519: Invalid token '>' in class, struct, or interface member declaration
c:\ProgramData\CodeSmith\v3.2\Template Cache\GenerateXSD_cst.cs(954,25): error CS1518: Expected class, delegate, enum, interface, or struct
c:\ProgramData\CodeSmith\v3.2\Template Cache\GenerateXSD_cst.cs(1035,1): error CS1022: Type or namespace definition, or end-of-file expected

Am I missing something in the configuration?
