How to define and use readonly column?

I have some fields like ProductCreateDate with this definition:
ProductCreateDate datetime not null, default value=GetDate()

I'm not able to handle this with nettiers.

Is it possible to define some sort of readonly columns in the template?

(sorry for my poor english...)
