Thanks for the heads up on the link.  It has been corrected.

People who purchased a license with premier support will be eligible for a free upgrade.  Also, anyone who purchased within X days of the release of 5.0 will get a free upgrade as well.  That date has not been set, but it will be at least from the day that beta 1 was released.
